How we carry out the treatment
With your appointment at Newton Abbot Dental, we’ll start with an assessment and explanation of the findings and possible treatment options. In some cases a more comprehensive assessment of the gums will be needed. This will be completed by taking detailed measurements of the pockets and X-rays of the bone levels.
First we use a specialised tool to vibrate pressurised water over your teeth and gums to remove any debris and plaque buildup. This is followed by a detailed polishing and cleaning of the teeth to help restore that smile.
